I faced several issues that really affected my experience. There was no coffee or hot water available in the lobby, inconvenient, especially in the mornings.

Good value for money. Double check what they charge you upon check out though, they over charged me by $60. After calling they told me I'd have a refund within. Couple days.

Staff offered complimentary water and cookies, a nice touch. The room had some cleanliness issues, and the noise from outside was disruptive during the night.

In my vacation this time, I stayed in Double Tree and Holiday Inn. Holiday Inn provide free room Internet service and provide free breakfast. But Double Tree don't.

normally in the motels we stay in, breakfast is served gratis. You charged for them. We were surprised by this as your motel is not a fancy upscale one. It fits in with the motels you compete with. If that will be your posture going forward, no doubt we will will be going to your competition as the room rates, accomadations & ammenities are the same & breakfast is part of their program We travel to Livermore with some degree of frequency

Check-in was smooth, and they offered me cookies when I mentioned my Hilton Honors. The pool area was simple but well-kept, I enjoyed a few moments there, unwinding from all the usual stress.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still decent for what I needed.

No refridges or microwaves in most rooms. Rooms were small , no vent fans in the bathrooms

Everything was great, including the cookies, of course. Bar and restaurant in the hotel made it nice for us so we didn't have to go out that night. Staff was wonderful.

The lobby area was clean and modern. The staff sent thoughtful texts to ensure my comfort, and the bed was comfortable as a senior traveler.

More dining options nearby would be appreciated.

Upon arrival of a very exhausting and troubled trip. I was greeted with a smile from Roslyn who was a breath of fresh air! Our luggage had dissappeared from the airport and. She provided us with all the necessary amenities to get us through the day. We were very grateful to have a positive in our day and she was it! We made it to our room and were again comforted by a comfortable bed and chair to lounge in to relax in a room that overlooked the pool. The hotel sits right off the freeway, but tucked away in a very quiet corner and peaceful atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again a recommend it to others to try it out sad well!

Everything in the surrounding area shuts down early so I found it a little difficult to find food when I finished with business meetings during the day

Bed/ mattress must have been 20 years plus old, stale foul odor emitting from mattress kept me from sleeping due to dirty linens, smelly bed mattress . Made me wonder about the rest of the facilities of the hotel. Bedbugs anyone? I was happy to leave Hilton? Never again. Sincerely, Peter de Witte President Commercial Loan Express

The cleanliness of the room really impressed me-it was updated and provided a fresh ambiance! The communication about breakfast timing could use improvement. It was a decent stay 🌟

the front desk employees were excellent and the maintenance employee was kind enough to help me figure out the key.(you'd think I was a BLONDE!!)

No smoking rooms available. But appreciate the 1st floor sliding glass doors!
